ANTI-SLAVERY POLICY STATEMENT
Modern slavery is a grave violation of human rights and a criminal offence. It encompasses various forms, such as slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour, and human trafficking. These exploitative practices entail the deprivation of an individual's liberty for personal or commercial gain.

At Care Property Services Limited, we uphold a zero-tolerance stance against modern slavery. We are steadfast in our commitment to conduct business ethically and with integrity, ensuring that modern slavery has no place within our organisation or any part of our supply chains.
We pledge to implement and enforce robust systems and controls to prevent modern slavery in all aspects of our operations. Transparency is paramount, and we are dedicated to fulfilling our disclosure obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Our expectations extend to all our contractors, suppliers, and business partners. In the upcoming year, our contractual agreements will explicitly prohibit the use of forced, compulsory, or trafficked labour and any form of slavery or servitude, regardless of the age of the individuals involved. We anticipate our suppliers upholding these same high standards across their supply chains.

This policy applies to every individual working for or on behalf of Care Property Services Limited, including employees at all levels, directors, officers, agency workers, seconded workers, volunteers, interns, agents, contractors, external consultants, third-party representatives, and business partners.
Please note that this policy does not form part of any employee's contract of employment and may be subject to amendment at any time.
